The Manager of Corporate Strategy is an exceptional strategist prepared to support the strategic analysis and advice we offer to the firm. They will develop and deploy best-practice strategic frameworks to advise and empower leaders across the company. These will supplement existing offerings to guide platform development, capability investment, decisions about market position and differentiation, and the performance monitoring and measurement of the same. This role partners with c-suite executives and leadership and is tasked with proposing, developing, executing, communicating and refining analyses that guide critical business decisions. The Manager of Corporate Strategy role offers the intellectual rigor of top-tier consulting with the opportunity to see the recommendations implemented at scale.
This person will tackle our most complex strategic challenges – from competitive positioning to target operating model design. This is a highly visible role where the individual’s insights will directly influence major enterprise decisions and shape the future of our business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Analysis
Lead comprehensive market and competitive intelligence, including detailed industry landscape analysis and competitive benchmarking
Develop sophisticated scenario planning models and strategic option assessments
Performance Monitoring
Design and implement strategic KPIs and performance measurement frameworks
Build advanced models to evaluate strategic initiatives and transformation opportunities
Communications and Collaboration
Create compelling executive presentations and strategic communications
Translate complex analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for decision-makers
Planning and Design
Support creation of enterprise and department-level business plans and roadmaps
Design comprehensive organizational and functional target operating models
Support M&A integration strategy and post-integration management
QUALIFICATIONS:
Background
4-7 years working in strategy consulting at tier-1 firms, with at least 2 of those years in executive-facing roles
Real estate and/or private equity experience preferred but not required
Technical Skills
Familiarity and experience applying best-practice strategic frameworks
Data analysis, including financial modeling
Presentation creation
Ability to incorporate generative AI in workflows preferred
Performance metric design, implementation and monitoring
Setting strategy-formulation heuristics

$165,000 - $180,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
