Represent the university at onsite and virtual corporate engagement events, support account managers to drive student growth, track and optimize marketing efforts, build client relationships, maintain Salesforce records, identify marketing/product opportunities, and travel frequently to manage designated accounts.
Job Summary & Responsibilities
The Corporate Engagement Specialist (CES) will represent Colorado Technical University (CTU) at engagement events for the Center for Corporate Engagement (CCE) and speak to the entire range of CTU and CCE programs.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent CTU as requested at onsite and virtual events including but not limited to conferences, education fairs, and webinars
- Support Corporate Engagement Specialist Director and Corporate Engagement Account Managers to drive student growth in designated accounts.
- Track success of marketing opportunities and adjust quarterly in order to drive effectiveness.
- Participate in and promote business skills webinars and workshops offered by CCE Marketing for designed accounts
- Identify additional marketing and/or product opportunities for assigned accounts and oversee their implementation
- Build and grow strong relationships with client points of contact for assigned engagement events
- Drive and maintain high levels of customer service
- Proactively assess, clarify, and cater to client needs
- Diligently maintain Salesforce database and share information across internal teams
- Business travel up to 80%
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience - Minimum
- 3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing
- Strong knowledge and understanding of digital marketing
- Bachelor degree in Business, marketing, or other related discipline; or equivalent experience
Education & Experience - Preferred
- Salesforce.com experience
- Experience working for a higher education institution in a B2B capacity
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies on behalf of a college, university, or other educational institution
- Understanding of university operations including student enrollment, marketing, and recruiting

Between $57,000 to $70,000 annually
