Role Summary
We are looking for a Corporate Development Associate to support post-acquisition integrations across Anderson Global. This role will focus on coordinating and executing integration activities, managing project plans and workstreams, and ensuring deliverables are tracked and completed on schedule. The position is highly collaborative, requiring close partnership with acquired businesses and internal stakeholders to drive successful integration outcomes across a global portfolio of acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and drive day-to-day integration execution across assigned acquisitions from close through stabilizatio)
- Coordinate and manage integration workstreams, ensuring activities remain on track and aligned to integration objectives
- Chair and facilitate cross-functional integration meetings, setting agendas, documenting decisions, and tracking actions
- Coordinate closely with acquired businesses and internal Anderson Global teams (Finance, HR, IT, Operations, etc.)
- Maintain integration plans, project timelines, action trackers, risk logs, and status reporting tools
- Track integration deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and workstream progress across multiple integrations
- Proactively follow up on outstanding actions and drive accountability across stakeholders
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and potential delays, escalating issues and recommendations as appropriate
- Prepare regular status updates, dashboards, and reporting for integration leadership and senior stakeholders
- Support preparation of materials and updates for integration leadership and executive stakeholders
- Support the continuous improvement of integration playbooks, templates, governance processes, and best practices
- Assist with integration-related analysis, documentation, and special projects as required
Requirements
Required Experience & Skills
- 2–3 years of post-college work experience
- Background in strategy consulting, operations, project management, corporate development, or another project-driven environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously
- Experience maintaining project plans, action trackers, reporting tools, and risk management logs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable facilitating meetings and driving follow-up actions across cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures in a global organization
- Proactive, execution-focused mindset with strong follow-through
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Exposure to M&A, post-merger integration, or transformation projects
- Experience working in or supporting international organizations
- Familiarity with professional services or corporate services environments
