Corporate Development Analyst
 

Location: Boston, MA – Hybrid

Are you early in your career and ready to make a big impact? At PTC, we’re looking for a driven, intellectually curious professional to join our Corporate Development team. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-visibility projects that shape the future of a global tech company—while learning from experienced leaders and building a powerful strategic toolkit.

What You’ll Do:

  • Research markets, technologies, and companies to uncover strategic opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product and business leaders to identify growth areas and evaluate potential acquisitions or partnerships.
  • Build financial models and business cases to support investment decisions.
  • Conduct due diligence and support deal execution alongside internal and external stakeholders.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior executives with clarity and confidence.
  • Help track post-deal performance and contribute to integration success.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in corporate development, consulting, product management, or investment banking.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; fluent in interpreting financial statements.
  • Clear, confident communicator—comfortable presenting to executives and influencing cross-functionally.
  • Quick learner with a technical mindset; able to collaborate with experts on complex topics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; skilled at crafting data-driven presentations.
  • Business-savvy, adaptable, and proactive—comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Curious and growth-oriented, with a strong interest in PTC’s products and industry trends.
  • Trusted team player who builds relationships and earns credibility quickly.
