What We’re Looking For

    We're looking for a Product Manager to own and drive the core platform experience and AI-powered personalization across our main site. You'll be responsible for optimizing the end-to-end user journey — from onboarding to activation — while leveraging AI to deliver highly personalized experiences at scale.

    This is an IC role with high autonomy and direct impact on millions of users. 6-month contractor extendable based on good performance


Responsibilities

    Core Platform & AI
    - Own product features for Homepage, User Center, AI Generative UI, and Market pages
    - Design and optimize onboarding flows to improve new user conversion
    - Drive user journey and UI/UX optimization across key touchpoints
    - Collaborate with BUs to drive exposure and growth initiatives across App 

    Personalization & Recommendation
    - Design and iterate on recommendation strategies to achieve hyper-personalized content delivery (千人千面)
    - Partner with ML/data teams to build and refine personalization engines
    - Define product requirements for generative UI experiences that adapt to user context

    Cross-functional
    - Drive alignment across engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders
    - Define success metrics, run experiments, and iterate based on data

Requirement

    - Experience in fintech, crypto/Web3, or AI-driven products strongly preferred
    - Proven ability to ship user-facing products with measurable impact on conversion and engagement
    - Strong analytical and logical thinking — can structure ambiguity into clear product specs
    - Comfortable working with AI/ML teams and translating model capabilities into user value
