Job Summary:
As a Business Operations Risk Support Manager in Payment Services, you will provide essential support and guidance to ensure compliance with firmwide programs and legal obligations. You will lead risk presentations, collaborate on high-level initiatives, and drive operational efficiencies.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Payment Services operations comply with firm standards and legal obligations.
  • Lead creation of Monthly Business Reviews and risk presentations for Senior Management.
  • Respond to critical requests and provide guidance on risk/control initiatives.
  • Collaborate on ad hoc solutions and reports for internal partners.
  • Drive completion of risk and controls management programs.
  • Lead audit preparation and facilitate audits as a liaison.
  • Partner with operating units to improve processes and identify risks.
  • Foster diversity, inclusion, and productive teamwork.
  • Serve as a high-level contact for Payment Services and business partners.
  • Support complex business planning across multiple functions.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Operations, or related field.
  • 5 years of banking operations experience.
  • 5 years of risk and controls experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking and partnership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced organizational and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills under tight deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Advanced degree in Risk Management or Project Management.
  • Experience in production, client, and team dynamics.
  • Ability to multi-task and resolve issues effectively.
