Overview

The Technical Sourcer will play an integral role on the Recruiting and People team. Our headcount has dramatically increased as we’ve grown from ~100 to 1300+ in four years. We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to play a key role in finding top talent for our Engineering and Product organizations. In this role you will be responsible for research, outreach, and initial screening. You will own relationships with your hiring managers, candidates and recruiters responsible for pipelines across multiple roles simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and develop effective pipeline building strategies.

  • Build the candidate pipeline to fill each role assigned by leveraging historical pipeline data.

  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive and active technical candidates.

  • Engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach, showcasing our company culture and career opportunities.

  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Ashby (ATS).

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in technical sourcing.

  • Provide regular updates to recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing progress and challenges.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a technical talent sourcer in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to identify relevant skills and experience. (ideally, Machine Learning Engineers)

  • Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and outreach platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to develop high-performing prospect outreach messaging.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

At Flock Safety, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators.
