Tufin helps enterprises govern and secure connectivity across complex multi-vendor networks. The network is entering the agentic era, and Tufin is the first and only solution built for protecting it – we're growing fast, and this is a chance to help build a brand-new category from the ground up.
We are hiring a Channel Marketing Manager to own and scale our partner and alliance marketing motion across our Value-Added Reseller (VAR) and technology alliance ecosystem. This is a rare chance to build the channel marketing function from the ground up inside a company defining a brand-new security category – your work will directly shape how Tufin wins in the agentic era.
Your goal: increase Tufin’s awareness and mindshare with key partners, and work with our Global Channel Account Managers (CAMs) to navigate accounts and build momentum in partner-led deals. Alongside that, you’ll own the fundamentals of channel marketing: partner enablement, communications, the MDF program, co-marketing campaigns, and channel reporting. The role reports into Product Marketing and works closely with Global CAMs, Sales Leadership, Field Marketing, Business Applications/IT, Global Enablement, Digital, Channel / Revenue Operations, and our Field CTO with regular visibility to the CMO and the executive team.
Responsibilities
- Own channel and partner marketing strategy across Tufin’s VAR, distributor, and technology alliance ecosystem
- Build relationships across key partner organizations to grow Tufin’s awareness and mindshare, working with channel sellers to navigate accounts and build momentum
- Build and execute partner campaigns and co-marketing programs alongside Field Marketing – joint webinars, the quarterly partner webinar, sales plays, and campaign-in-a-box kits
- Develop partner-facing enablement materials (battlecards, one-pagers, demo and architecture assets) in partnership with Product Marketing
- Manage the Market Development Funds (MDF) program in conjunction with Field Marketing: policy, partner fund requests, campaign tracking, and compliance
- Own recurring partner communications: monthly newsletter, partner updates, etc.
- Manage our partner portal and enablement platforms along with partner certifications
- Track and report on the partner marketing funnel – partner engagement, campaign performance, pipeline generated – and brief leadership on progress
- 4+ years of channel, partner, or alliance marketing experience – ideally in cybersecurity, network security, or enterprise infrastructure software
- Direct experience working with VAR/reseller ecosystems and technology alliance partners, and comfortable navigating large partner organizations to find the right internal champion. Existing relationships with partners like CDW, Computacenter, GuidePoint, NTT, Optiv, Trace3, Wipro, or WWT is ideal
- AI-first mentality for scaling operations, automating processes, generating content, and processing data
- Analytically minded – comfortable reading partner funnel data to spot where volume or conversion is lagging and turning that into a tracked improvement plan
- Hands-on MDF program management experience (policy design, fund allocation, compliance and reporting)
- Experience with deal registration and co-sell programs, central to driving momentum in partner-led deals
- Strong project management skills – able to run multiple concurrent partner relationships and workstreams without things falling through the cracks
- Excellent written and verbal communication – able to build partner-facing content and represent Tufin credibly in front of partner sellers and architects
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity in an early-stage, evolving program – this function is being actively built and scaled
