The Procurement Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the procurement activities relating to; contract negotiation, compliance and legal procedures, locally and globally in cooperation with the Legal Global Supply Chain Organization.

This role ensures that procurement processes are effective and fully compliant during negotiation and supplier engagement. You will manage contract related activities, debits management and pre-litigation claim management.

As our Procurement Contracts Manager you will also be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the procurement process from supplier onboarding to supplier usage from contract standpoint
  • Supporting the Procurement team in the international commercial agreements negotiation, including, terms and conditions for purchase, strategic supply, indirect sourcing and other operational and commercial agreements.
  • Collaborating with the Global Supply Chain legal team in the organization of sourcing legal training
  • Supporting the Procurement team on its development of processes and procedures.
  • Supporting the Global Supply Chain legal  in managing  special project teams, as requested

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be a Qualified attorney in an E.U. member state Or have several years of relevant post-qualification experience gained in a global organization and/or law firm
  • Have some experience in procurement in a multinational company
  • Have relevant professional experience in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts including supply agreements, master services agreements, strategic supply agreements, consulting agreements;
  • Be a proactive business-oriented person with a hands-on mentality and the ability to identify and prioritize issues and provide pragmatic solutions to key stakeholders;
  • Fluent business English and Italian written and spoken.
