Continuous Improvement Intern - Summer 2025

The Role:
Our site in Billerica, MA is seeking a/an Continuous Improvement Intern to join our team for the Summer 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 12-14 weeks in duration.
What You’ll Do:
• Build Power BI reports
• Manipulate data
• Learn to apply Lean methodology in a manufacturing environment
• Assist with the implementation of tiered daily management systems
• Participate in continuous improvement activities
What We Seek:
• Fundamental understanding of data models, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Help provide analytic support with BI and Data Science technologies
• Interpret trends and patterns in data
• Transform data into useful, actionable information
• Analyze and organize raw data into datasets for business needs

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
• Familiar with relevant languages such as Python, R, XML, JSON, and SQL
• Fundamental understanding of data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques
