We are growing our team and are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer / Copywriter to create clear, engaging, and conversion-focused content across CareerSwift's digital channels.

 

As a Content Writer / Copywriter, you will create content that helps communicate CareerSwift's products, features, and value to job seekers. You will work with the marketing team to develop content for our website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.

The ideal candidate can adapt their writing style to different audiences and formats while keeping content clear, useful, and consistent with the CareerSwift brand.

Responsibilities
  • Write and edit content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.

  • Create engaging copy for product features, landing pages, campaigns, and promotional materials.

  • Research topics related to careers, job searching, recruitment, technology, and AI.

  • Adapt messaging and tone for different audiences and digital channels.

  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to develop content based on campaign and business goals.

  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistency.

  • Use performance insights and feedback to improve existing content.

What We Are Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, marketing, journalism, or a related field.

  • Strong English writing and editing skills.

  • Ability to write clear, engaging, and audience-focused content.

  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to research topics and turn information into useful content.

  • Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines in a remote environment.

Nice to Have
  • Experience writing for SaaS, technology, AI, career, or other digital products.

  • Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.

  • Experience creating content for social media or email marketing.

  • Familiarity with AI writing and content creation tools.

Compensation

$50,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
