  • Collaborate with Social Media Managers, Community Managers, creators, contractors, and production partners throughout the production process.
  • Adapt quickly during shoots, identifying opportunities to improve creative while staying aligned with the original vision.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for the intended platform and audience.

Video Editing & Post-Production

  • Own post-production from raw footage through final delivery.
  • Edit short-form video with a strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and platform-native best practices.
  • Create polished edits using motion graphics, text animation, captions, transitions, sound design, and layered effects when appropriate.
  • Manage feedback rounds and revisions while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Prepare and export final assets across multiple formats and platform specifications.
  • Maintain organized project files, footage, and creative assets to support efficient collaboration.

Creative Excellence

  • Stay current on social trends, creators, editing techniques, and platform best practices.
  • Continuously refine production quality through new tools, workflows, and creative approaches.
  • Recommend production and editing techniques that strengthen the final creative.
  • Balance speed with quality, producing content that is both timely and thoughtfully crafted.
  • Contribute to evolving creative standards and production processes across the team.
What success looks like:
  • Within the first 30 days, you've gotten familiar with client brand guidelines, current content workflows, and the creative team's tools and processes.
  • By 90 days, you're independently capturing and editing content for planned campaigns and content days, delivering polished, on-brand edits with minimal revision cycles.
  • By 6 months, you've contributed original content ideas and formats that have been adopted into active campaigns, and you're a trusted creative partner to the Senior Social Content Manager and Social Media Managers.
  • Over the first 12 months, your production quality and creative ideas are recognized as a consistent strength across client channels, and you're helping shape team-wide creative standards and workflows.
What you bring:

  • Experience managing post-production workflows, file organization, and creative asset delivery.
  • Agency or production experience is a plus, but not required.
