In 2026, we are scaling our content engine. We are looking for a highly reliable, operations-driven marketing manager to help us streamline, scale, and accelerate content production across multiple channels.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly systematic and execution-focused marketing manager to scale our content production and streamline our marketing operations. This role is critical for turning our high-level content strategy into a steady stream of effective, on-brand assets.

You will work closely with the Content Marketing Manager to turn strategic ideas and detailed instructions into high-quality, publish-ready content. You will manage content workflows, maintain content pools, and ensure smooth collaboration across the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Production (40%)

    • Create new long-form content such as themed blogs, product education series, insight reports, white papers, and pillar pages aligned with strategic content themes.

    • Research industry topics (pet grooming, boarding/daycare, SMB operations, customer experience, multi-location management, etc.) and synthesize findings into clear, actionable content.

    • Assist in building content templates & style systems to streamline future content production.

    • Support new experimental formats (framework graphics, checklists, toolkits, templates, scripts, etc.) based on guidance.

  • Content Marketing (40%)

    • Repurpose long-form content (case studies, webinars, reports) into multiple smaller deliverables (short posts, email snippets, paid social scripts, etc.).

    • Produce content based on detailed templates and frameworks provided.

    • Optimize content for SEO using predefined checklists and guidelines.

    • Manage content scheduling, publishing, and cross-channel distribution.

  • Marketing Operations & Data Tracking (20%)

    • Build and maintain content performance dashboards.

    • Track content performance across channels, including traffic, bounce rate, conversion, attribution, SEO performance.

    • Help set up UTM structures, naming conventions, and reporting templates.

    • Identify what content performs well, what doesn’t, and propose data-backed improvements.

  • Bonus

    • You have basic proficiency in SQL and have pulled data from a warehouse before.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and reliable = you thrive with clear instructions and structured workflows.

  • Strong executor: you can take a template + instruction and turn it into a polished deliverable.

  • Curious and resourceful = when you don’t know something, you know how to find out.

  • Knowledge in digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, and analytics.

  • Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and dashboards.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across time zones in a fast-moving environment.
