Position Summary:
Cadwell is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist – Electrodes, Supplies, and Accessories, to help drive the strategic growth of our global consumables line. This role is the primary voice for our device consumables, responsible for creating content that moves accessories from our warehouse to the clinic. You will spearhead content initiatives that blend technical specifications and clinical utility, executing multi-channel content strategies to reach clinical professionals in neurodiagnostics, neuromonitoring, and sleep diagnostics.
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
- Lead content strategy and execution for Cadwell’s electrodes and accessories line, focusing on driving demand and recurring revenue for device consumables
- Create, update, and optimize product descriptions for the company e-store and catalogs
- Develop and manage a multi-channel social media strategy, including paid social campaigns, to drive traffic to e-store listings
- Partner with regulatory and quality teams to ensure marketing collateral meets compliance standards and quality requirements
- Collaborate with product managers, clinical educators, engineer, sales, and regulatory to develop brochures, catalogs, and specification sheets
- Manage targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and encourage repeat consumable purchases
- Monitor industry trends and leverage AI tools to scale content production
- Ensure the Cadwell brand voice remains consistent across all global accessory promotions and internal communications
- Other duties as assigned
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 3+ years of related experience in marketing communications, ideally in a B2B setting
- Experience working in a highly-regulated industry; medical device or healthcare experience preferred
- Portfolio or relevant writing samples demonstrating ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing copy
Job Knowledge / Requirements:
- Professional writing and editing skills with strict adherence to standardized style guides (e.g. AMA or AP Style)
- Proficiency in managing content within e-commerce and Content Management System (CMS)
- Familiarity with paid social advertising (LinkedIn and Meta Ads Manager) and audience targeting
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Account Engagement)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
- Proficiency in marketing project management tools to manage competing priorities and deadlines (Monday.com)
- 10-20% travel required for industry trade shows and events. Must be able to obtain necessary travel documents
