Byte&Kite is a digital marketing agency helping clients across a range of industries grow through effective digital marketing. As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will plan and execute content strategies across multiple client accounts, turning business goals and audience insights into useful, engaging content. You will work closely with strategists, SEO specialists, writers, designers and clients to create content that supports brand awareness, organic growth and lead generation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop and coordinate content plans aligned with client goals and marketing strategies

  • Research audiences, industries, competitors and relevant topics to identify content opportunities

  • Plan content across blogs, landing pages, case studies, email and other marketing channels

  • Create content briefs and work with writers and subject-matter experts to develop high-quality content

  • Collaborate with SEO specialists to align content with search intent and organic growth opportunities

  • Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, quality and brand alignment

  • Track content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversions

  • Coordinate content production timelines and keep stakeholders aligned on deliverables

  • Present content recommendations and performance insights to clients

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing or a related role

  • Experience developing content for business or professional audiences

  • Strong understanding of content strategy, audience research and the customer journey

  • Excellent writing, editing and communication skills

  • Understanding of SEO and how content supports organic growth

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple content projects

  • Comfortable working with writers, designers, SEO specialists and clients

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use performance data to improve content decisions

NICE TO HAVE
Digital marketing agency experience; B2B or SaaS content experience; familiarity with CMS and SEO tools; experience with email marketing or social content; and knowledge of content analytics and reporting platforms.
