- You'll work across formats and functions - website, product messaging, long-form, sales collateral - collaborating with product, field, and integrated marketing teams.
- The team is small and mighty - which means your editorial leadership has a real, visible impact on Steno's growth.
Our Marketing Team is growing! We're a creative, cross-functional group responsible for building Steno's brand, driving demand, and telling the story of a company that's changing how the legal industry works. From campaigns and events to content and social, we move fast, hold a high bar, and have a lot of fun doing it.

- Write with confidence and wit — you understand how strong writing can make legal industry marketing genuinely interesting
- Can adapt tone, terminology, and cultural register across contexts without losing brand consistency
- Have academic or professional familiarity with the legal industry — litigation, court reporting, or attorney audiences is a significant advantage

- Are self-directed and organized: you manage your own workload, meet deadlines, and flag issues early
- Have experience working remotely in async environments with minimal oversight
