Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Content Marketer to own organic growth for established educators, experts, and creator-led personal brands.

This is much more than a social media posting role. You’ll develop and execute organic content strategies that grow audiences, increase engagement, generate qualified leads, and drive sales across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

You'll take complex expertise, frameworks, and niche positioning and transform them into compelling content that stops the scroll, builds authority, nurtures audiences, and converts followers into customers.

If you're obsessed with understanding why content performs, constantly study successful creators, and know how to combine content strategy, copywriting, organic social media, and lead generation, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own organic content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Develop content that grows audience, engagement, leads, and sales.
  • Turn expert knowledge and frameworks into high-performing content across the full funnel.
  • Research trends, creators, formats, hooks, and competitor content to generate new ideas.
  • Script short- and long-form video content and create clear storyboards.
  • Write engaging posts, captions, newsletters, email sequences, and conversion-focused copy.
  • Create carousels, graphics, and thumbnails using Canva and similar tools.
  • Build lead magnets and ManyChat automations to capture and nurture leads.
  • Use AI tools to improve research, ideation, scripting, copywriting, and design workflows.
  • Track content and funnel performance, identify what is working, and continuously optimise.

Requirements
  • Proven experience growing organic social media and personal brands, ideally for creators, educators, coaches, or experts.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Excellent content strategy and copywriting skills, with a strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, direct response, and conversion.
  • Experience scripting video content, building storyboards, and creating visual assets in Canva or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of content funnels, lead generation, email marketing, and audience nurturing.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and continuously improve content.
  • Comfortable using AI tools and platforms such as ManyChat, or able to learn new tools quickly.
  • Proactive, creative, and highly organised, with the ability to own organic growth end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
