The Role

As LearnLux’s Content Manager, you’ll lead the editorial process across functional areas, ensuring all member-facing content is error-free, on-brand, globally relevant, and reflective of our financial wellbeing methodology. You will simplify complex financial topics into approachable, inclusive, and engaging content. Your work will support both U.S. and international members and contribute to the global scalability of our content program.

This is a strategic, hands-on role that spans editorial planning, content operations, cross-functional collaboration, and vendor coordination. The right candidate will bring a deep understanding of financial topics and experience managing content at scale for diverse global audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the content strategy and editorial calendar across LearnLux’s member-facing channels
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align content with brand voice, regulatory compliance, and client and member needs
  • Manage a content pipeline, coordinating with internal contributors and leading a global network of content writers across the U.S. and international markets, with opportunities to influence and mentor others
  • Translate advanced personal finance concepts into accessible, inclusive, and engaging content
  • Design and oversee efficient, scalable processes for global content creation, localization, and translation
  • Maintain content quality and accuracy by tracking changes in tax law, benefits regulations, financial trends, and other related topics
  • Partner with Product, Client Success, and Financial Planning teams to prioritize content needs and support member engagement
  • Contribute to innovation in content formats, delivery channels, and measurement of content impact
  • Support the development of client-specific and industry-specific content libraries
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of content management or editorial experience in the financial services, fintech, benefits, or HR tech industry
  • Deep understanding of personal finance terminology and principles (e.g. retirement plans, equity comp, taxes, debt management, budgeting)
  • Experience creating and managing content for a global or multilingual audience
  • Proven ability to lead content strategy, editorial planning, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Skilled at turning complex topics into approachable, inclusive, and accurate content
  • Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing timelines, editorial workflows, and external vendors
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with high attention to detail
  • Experience using CMS tools
  • Passion for financial wellbeing, education, and content accessibility
Nice to Have
  • Experience with international compliance or localized finance content
  • Knowledge of translation management systems or localization tools
  • Familiarity with UX writing or content strategy in a product environment
  • Multilingual or multicultural experience

The pay range for this role is listed below. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor.
