At Synthflow, we’re building the fastest way for businesses to deploy AI-powered phone agents. We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to lead and execute our content strategy—crafting high-impact materials that engage enterprise buyers, support sales, and strengthen our brand.

You’ll write and manage thought leadership pieces, create enterprise-focused collateral, run our LinkedIn content, and help shape how our executives show up online. This is a hands-on role for a sharp writer and editor who thrives in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Write Thought Leadership & Enterprise Content: Create white papers, case studies, and research-backed reports that position Synthflow as a category leader. Develop sales collateral like one-pagers and pitch decks to support enterprise deals.

  • Own LinkedIn Content & Executive Positioning: Run content for our LinkedIn company page. Work with leadership to craft posts that build their credibility as AI thought leaders.

  • Oversee Content: Manage and edit work from writers and influencers to ensure clear, consistent messaging across channels.

  • Nurture Partnerships: Identify and close strategic partners to grow brand reach, especially with enterprise buyers.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing

  • Proven ability to create high-quality white papers, case studies, and long-form content.

  • Experience writing for LinkedIn and optimizing content for engagement.

  • Strong writing and editing skills (and willingness to work with AI tools)

  • Excellent collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with sales, design, and product teams.

  • Experience in AI, CCaaS, SaaS, or B2B technology industries.

  • Bonus: CCaaS / Call Center/ Voice AI experience

Why Join Synthflow AI?

  • Own Your Work: You’ll have real ownership over what you do and see your impact daily.

  • Early-Stage Excitement: Be part of a small team building something huge.

  • Equity: We’re all building this together, and everyone shares in the upside.

  • Work on Cool Stuff: You’ll be selling cutting-edge technology that’s changing how people interact with AI.

  • Remote Flexibility: Work wherever you’re most productive.
