At Didero, we’re building the autonomous supply chain, starting with agentic supplier management.

Global trade has never been more complex or more critical. Teams are underwater, reacting to a flood of challenges — from geopolitical risk to tariffs. Didero helps by automating time-intensive workflows with AI agents, deploying cutting-edge technology into one of the world’s most vital domains.

We’re backed by some of the world’s best venture funds and leading figures across AI, supply chain, and enterprise software.

About the role

As our Content Lead, you'll own Didero's content program: the strategy, the calendar, and most of the writing. You'll turn what our founders, engineers, and customers know into webinars/education series, presentations, case studies, a newsletter, and social media posts. Above all, you'll judge all of it on the meetings and pipeline it creates.

You won't start from zero. This fall we're running ASCM's first agentic AI program, a 6-part series for supply chain practitioners, and we have customer videos, case studies, and founders with plenty to say. Today that content gets written by people with other day jobs. You'll take it off their plates, give it a plan and a steady cadence, and build what comes next for 2027.

This is a hands-on role. You'll set the strategy and write most of it yourself, briefing our production designer and web contractor on design and builds. You'll report to our marketing lead and work closelywith our founders, product marketing, events, demand gen, and sales.

Please note: This role starts as a contract, and we're flexible on the shape, whether that's full-time hours, part-time with room to grow, or a monthly retainer. If it works for both sides, we're open to making it full-time. The ideal timeline would be 3-6 months to start.

The role is remote anywhere in the US or CA as long as there is solid overlap with Eastern hours. We'll start with a short paid trial project: 1 case study, 1 piece of webinar or event content, and a sample newsletter issue.

What You’ll Do
  • Own our content strategy and calendar across webinars, social, case studies, newsletter, and events, and bring us a 2027 plan in your first 90 days

  • Develop highly targeted content behind our educational programs and webinars by immersing yourself in our customers and industry

  • Interview customers and our deployment team to create compelling case studies that lead to engagement with prospects

  • Build presentations and other content for events by translating the perspectives of our founders into engaging narratives

  • Multiply the content you create by writing social media posts (predominately LinkedIn) from our company and personal accounts

  • Launch and run our newsletter on agentic AI in supply chain and support PR with bylines, press materials, and a data story from our deployments

  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of the content you produce to prioritize your roadmap

  • Train and collaborate with our sales team to make the most effective use of the materials you create

You’ll be successful in this role if you…
  • Judge content by meetings, MQLs, and pipeline, and treat views only as an early signal

  • Write plainly and specifically in a genuine tone that stands out in a world saturated by AI copy-and-paste

  • Can sit down with an engineer, a founder, or a customer and turn the conversation into something people want to read

  • Ship every week with light edits, using AI tools to move faster without lowering the quality bar

  • Thrive in fast-moving startups and are as happy writing the post as planning the calendar.

Qualification
  • 4-6 years of content experience at B2B SaaS or AI startups, including owning a content program or calendar

  • A portfolio you're proud of, including LinkedIn posts you've ghostwritten for executives

  • Experience turning customer interviews into case studies

  • Comfortable tying content to pipeline in HubSpot or a similar CRM

What we value at Didero
  • We go beyond OTIF. We’re obsessed with our customers and go above and beyond to ensure we’re their top supplier. We work hard to earn and maintain their trust.

  • Own it. We own what we do. We stand behind the quality of our work and do the right thing, especially when it costs us.

  • Move fast. Learn faster. We have a strong bias to action and shorten the cycle by following our curiosity to improve as we go.

  • Be relentless. When one route closes, we find another.

  • Disagree, then commit. This is an open contest of ideas. We’re direct, but with respect. We’re decisive, and everyone commits because we win together.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive compensation and equity

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Memberships for One Medical, Talkspace, Teladoc, and Kindbody

  • Unlimited PTO — we trust you to take the time you need

  • Monthly wellness stipend via ClassPass

  • Tech equipment for your setup

  • Catered lunches (for those in the office)

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
