Own the strategy, roadmap, discovery, delivery, and adoption of a supply chain orchestration product. Define workflows across ERP, WMS, TMS, APIs, EDI, and partner systems; prioritize measurable customer and business outcomes; collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX, data science, sales, and customer teams; and identify AI applications for exception diagnosis, guided resolution, and workflow automation.
About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to own a core part of our supply chain orchestration product. You'll work with customers whose operations depend on orders, shipments, and partner transactions moving correctly across companies and systems. Your job is to find where those workflows break down, decide what to build, and deliver products that measurably improve how our customers operate.
This is a senior, individual-contributor role. You'll own a product area from discovery through adoption, make prioritization calls across customer, platform, and commercial needs, and bring roadmap decisions and results to executive leadership. You'll go deep on technical details with engineering, and you'll apply AI where it clearly helps: diagnosing exceptions, guiding resolution, and removing manual work.
You'll work with Engineering, UX, Architecture, and Data Scientist in product development, and with Sales, Customer Success, Services, and Marketing to bring products to market.

What You Will Be Doing
Lead supply chain product strategy
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for supply chain orchestration, prioritizing by customer problem, business value, and fit with the platform.
- Develop a deep understanding of workflows such as order-to-cash, order fulfillment, shipment execution, and supplier and customer collaboration, including the exceptions that occur across organizational boundaries.
- Run discovery with operations users and business leaders. Turn workflow gaps into scalable product capabilities, and separate reusable opportunities from customer-specific customization.
- Define and track the outcomes your product should improve, such as order cycle time, on-time delivery, exception resolution time, manual effort, and trading partner onboarding time.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Services, and Marketing to validate demand, position launches around customer value, enable field teams, and drive adoption after release.
Drive technical product decisions
- Define requirements for workflows spanning ERP, WMS, TMS, and trading partner systems, including APIs, EDI transactions, and business events.
- Work with engineering and architecture on data models, integration behavior, observability, security, reliability, and design tradeoffs.
- Turn strategy into clear requirements, prototypes, acceptance criteria, and phased releases, and lead build, buy, or partner decisions.
Apply AI where it creates measurable value
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases, such as exception diagnosis, guided resolution, and workflow automation, based on customer value, feasibility, and data readiness.
- With engineering, define how each AI capability will be evaluated and when a person needs to review or approve its actions. Measure task success, reliability, adoption, cost, and business impact.
Your Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of product management experience, including significant time owning an enterprise or B2B SaaS product area end to end.
- Supply chain expertise in workflows such as order-to-cash, fulfillment, shipment execution, or trading partner collaboration, gained in product, consulting, or operations roles. You understand the users, the exceptions, and the metrics.
- A track record of taking products from discovery through launch and adoption, with measurable business results.
- Strong technical fluency in APIs, EDI, enterprise integration patterns, data models, and SaaS architecture. You can discuss tradeoffs with engineers in depth.
- Practical understanding of what modern AI, including LLMs and agent-based workflows, can and can't do, and the ability to define fit-for-purpose evaluations with technical partners.
- Sound judgment on priorities, the ability to influence without authority, and a record of presenting decisions and results to executives.
- Clear writing and communication, including explaining technical and AI concepts to business audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred
- Experience serving manufacturing, distribution, retail, or 3PL/logistics customers.
- Working knowledge of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and common ERP, WMS, or TMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Experience with B2B integration, iPaaS, or supply chain execution software.
- Has shipped at least one AI-enabled capability, such as LLM-based features, agentic workflows, or human-in-the-loop automation.
- Familiarity with responsible AI practices that matter to enterprise customers, such as auditability, explainability, and human approval controls.
- ASCM/APICS certification (CSCP, CPIM, or CLTD).
Travel
- 10-15% travel to visit customer sites and operations, meet partners, attend industry events, and join team planning sessions.
Why Join Us
- Shape the AI strategy and roadmap of a fast-growing company at a defining moment in the AI industry.
- High-visibility role with direct exposure to executive leadership and top customers.
- Work with a talented, cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and designers building the future of intelligent software.
- $130,000 to $150,000 base salary + annual bonus opportunity
