This is a remote position.

  • Own and manage Rayda’s day to day content across LinkedIn, Reddit, and other priority channels.
  • Research topics across IT operations, global infrastructure, enterprise technology, and emerging industry trends to identify relevant content opportunities.
  • Create clear, engaging content that educates audiences, challenges conventional thinking, and simplifies complex technical ideas.
  • Develop a range of content including thought leadership, educational content, customer stories, campaign content, and industry insights.
  • Build and strengthen Rayda’s presence in relevant online communities, particularly Reddit and practitioner focused communities.
  • Monitor conversations, questions, and challenges within our target audience and turn these insights into valuable content opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Designer and Demand Generation Specialist to develop and execute content and campaigns.
  • Repurpose and adapt content across different formats and channels while maintaining a consistent message and point of view.
  • Create useful, discoverable content that supports SEO and improves Rayda’s visibility across search engines and emerging AI search and answer engines.
  • Monitor content and community performance, identify what is working, and continuously improve Rayda’s content strategy and execution.


  • Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in content, social media, community, communications, or a related role.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to make complex or technical ideas clear, engaging, and easy to understand.
  • Experience creating content for professional, B2B, technology, or industry focused audiences.
  • Experience working across LinkedIn, Reddit, and other relevant digital and online communities.
  • Strong research, storytelling, and content development skills.
  • A working understanding of SEO, content discoverability, and how audiences find and consume information online.
  • Genuine curiosity about technology, AI, IT operations, and emerging trends in digital information discovery.
  • Ability to work independently, move quickly, take ownership, and turn ideas and insights into high quality execution.
