Present actionable recommendations and performance reviews, collaborating with sales and category teams to support strategic planning.
This position is #hybrid, in office 3 days a week.
You will conduct high quality analysis and synthesis of multi-source data to evaluate item performance, assortment planning, and store clustering through the modular process, while leveraging effective communication & influencing to orchestrate action.
Responsibilities- Partner with clients and business leaders to develop data-driven growth strategies.
- Analyze POS, loyalty, panel, and syndicated data to uncover customer and category insights.
- Deliver actionable recommendations that drive sales, market share, and category growth.
- Translate consumer, shopper, and category data into clear business opportunities.
- Develop and present customer, category, and business performance reviews.
- Collaborate with sales, category management, and analytics teams to support strategic planning.
- Leverage Circana (IRI), NielsenIQ, loyalty, and POS data to identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in category management, insights, analytics, or CPG sales.
- Experience with POS, loyalty, panel, and syndicated data (Circana/IRI, NielsenIQ).
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
