A strategic role responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compliance training programs and guidelines while leveraging adult learning principles to ensure effective knowledge transfer across the organization. This position combines project management expertise with instructional design to deliver high-impact compliance education initiatives through multiple delivery channels, while driving process improvements and managing associated change.
Lead the development and implementation of compliance training programs and policies for North America. Drive effective compliance education through innovative learning approaches and ensure policy alignment with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
Lead or actively contribute to North America and/or Global cross-functional project teams to create, update, and deliver compliance training materials and documentation
Deliver engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually
Oversee the development and maintenance of compliance guidelines, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance compliance training and policy management effectiveness
Develop and execute change management strategies to support the adoption of new compliance processes and training initiatives
Manage vendor relationships for training development and delivery
Track training completion rates and effectiveness metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders
Manage the learning management system for North America compliance training delivery and reporting
About You
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Business, or related field
4+ years of experience in training development and project management
Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design
Proven ability to deliver effective training in both live and virtual environments
Experience in regulated industry with knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements required. Preferably, in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party service providers
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
Experience with learning management systems
Excellent written, oral, presentation, project management, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and change management principles
Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP), Change Management, or Learning and Development
Experience in regulated industry
Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, and/or healthcare compliance training
Background in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies

The salary range for this position is:
$108,750.00 - $157,083.33All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
