We’re looking for a creative and culture-obsessed Community Manager to drive best-in-class social engagement for our clients. This role is equal parts content creator and digital community builder: you’ll create scroll-stopping, platform-native content while building authentic connections between brands and their audiences. You’ll be at the frontlines of culture—spotting trends before they peak, shaping real-time responses, and ensuring our clients maintain a dynamic, relevant presence across social platforms.
As part of Later’s Services team, you’ll collaborate closely with influencer, creative, and client success partners to deliver campaigns that blend social storytelling with creator influence—ultimately fueling brand growth, loyalty, and engagement.
What You’ll DoTechnical / ExecutionCreate and publish best-in-class, social-first content across IG, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
Lead social content shoots end-to-end (pre-production, production, post).
Monitor culture, memes, and trends to craft timely, brand-appropriate content that drives engagement.
Engage daily with online communities, embodying multiple brand voices and building relationships with audiences.
Track performance data and use insights to adapt and optimize social strategies.
Partner with internal influencer and creative teams to deliver seamless, integrated campaigns.
Collaborate with clients to ideate and execute innovative content strategies tailored to audience goals.
Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and consistent delivery of outcomes.
Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging formats, and social algorithms to keep client content competitive.
Share insights on evolving cultural and digital trends to inform strategy and inspire cross-functional teams.
Clients consistently see measurable growth in engagement, reach, and community sentiment across their social platforms.
Campaigns and activations deliver against agreed KPIs and are recognized for creativity and cultural relevance.
Content is consistently on-brand, high-quality, and optimized for each platform.
Communities feel engaged, valued, and connected to the brands you manage.
You’re seen internally as a cultural trend-spotter and trusted collaborator who elevates client campaigns.
2–3 years’ experience as a Community Manager or similar role, ideally within a marketing/creative agency.
Proven track record of independently managing and growing social presence for large B2C brands.
Strong content creation skills—including copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling across multiple formats.
Hands-on experience managing client accounts and delivering high-impact social strategies.
Comfortable analyzing social performance data and translating insights into action.
Deep understanding of internet culture, social trends, and platform nuances.
Experience with social tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is an asset.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
A proactive, creative, and collaborative mindset—with the ability to balance speed, quality, and cultural fluency.

Our approach to compensation:
We take a market-based & data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. We evaluate compensation bi-annually, including performance and market-related factors.
Our salaries are benchmarked against market Total Cash Compensation for the geographic location of our job posting. Compensation for some roles is structured as On Target Earnings (OTE = base + commission/variable) while for others it is structured as Salary only.
To comply with local legislation and ensure transparency, we share salary ranges on all job postings. Skills, experience and other factors help determine the final salary we offer which may vary from the original range posted.
Salary Range:
$25-$40 USD / hour - 25 hours a week.
