Role Overview

We’re looking for a high-performing, creative, and hands-on Contract Community Activations Manager to lead the planning and execution of community activations across NORAM. This role will also support NORAM event leads by providing strategic guidance and resources for meetups in key cities.

A successful candidate will have a strong track record of building and nurturing communities through impactful IRL experiences. You should be experienced in organizing events that foster connection, engagement tailored to the needs of diverse community audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of community workshops/events, including project plans and timelines, marketing and promotions, vendor management, budget management, and measurement.

  • Drive shared vision across teams and stakeholders, providing confident leadership to drive thought leadership.

  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to identify event goals, target audiences and key messages, and business outcomes.

  • Conduct post-event evaluations to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience in event planning and production

  • Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Creative problem solving skills

  • Ability to execute remotely and work in a global and distributed environment

  • Flexibility and desire to travel frequently and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
