As a Human Resources Communications Lead within our HR team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the communication efforts around our HR function. You will develop and enhance internal communications, manage change, and communicate complex information in a simple and concise manner. You will collaborate with HR leaders, communications partners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in communication efforts and branding. This role provides an opportunity to manage communications for a global workforce that represents more than 320,000 employees operating in 65 countries.

Job responsibilities:
- Help manage communications for a global workforce that represents more than 320,000 employees operating in 65 countries.
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that align with organizational goals and comply with regulatory requirements. Areas of focus include, but are not limited to, HR Operations and Performance Development, and providing support for other HR communications as needed.
- Create timely and engaging content for various communication channels, including email, newsletters, digital channels, events, and other activations.
- Write, edit, and distribute firmwide and targeted communications, including annual activities (e.g. annual reviews, tax preparation, etc.), product enhancements and updates, ad-hoc/issue-related messages and other relevant content.
- Serve as a communications advisor to HR stakeholders on effective communication strategies and key initiatives.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 7+ years of experience in communications
- BA/BS in Communications, Business, Marketing, or Journalism
- Proven success in developing enterprise-level messages, providing communications counsel to a range of stakeholders executing effective communication plans.
- Exceptional writing, editing, execution, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines while delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to excel in a matrix environment, both as an individual contributor and as part of the larger Corporate Communications team.

- Experience in communications, with a focus on HR-related communications
- BA/BS in a related field
