You’ll join the Home Lending Chief Administrative Office team, focused on technology enablement, operating model evolution, employee growth, and organizational readiness. Job summary

As an Employee Readiness Communicator in Home Lending Chief Administrative Office, you help us prepare employees to understand the “why” behind change and take the right actions to adopt it. You partner with leaders and key stakeholders across Home Lending to build communication strategies that support our business priorities and strengthen the employee experience. You’ll use feedback and data to continuously improve how we inform, equip, and engage employees through change.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop communication plans and strategies aligned to business priorities to support employee readiness for change
  • Assess communication effectiveness using feedback and data, and refine plans to improve outcomes
  • Create targeted, multi-format communications that meet objectives (including written and digital content)
  • Consult with business leaders and stakeholders to provide communications expertise for broad initiatives
  • Manage communications projects from inception through completion within established business processes
  • Coordinate with business and project teams to ensure communications align to strategic vision and project deliverables
  • Maintain and enhance employee tools and resources (including Homepage and Employee Resource sites) to better meet employee needs

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute communication plans that support adoption of business, operational, technology, procedural, and regulatory change
  • Strong ability to write, edit, and tailor messages for different audiences and channels
  • Experience managing communications workstreams or projects from initiation through delivery
  • Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and influence outcomes through consultative communication support
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable employee guidance
  • Ability to use feedback and data to evaluate communication impact and drive improvements
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail to manage multiple concurrent deliverables

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, English, or Journalism
  • Knowledge of grammar, proofreading, publication production, and Associated Press style
  • Ability to manage time, multitask, prioritize work, and operate with minimal supervision
  • Strong leadership and presentation skills, and a collaborative working style
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated creativity and comfort operating with latitude
  • Ability to gather information, interpret data, apply logic to solve problems, make decisions, and execute quickly in a fast-paced environment
