SeniorSpace is a growing tech startup helping senior living communities discover and book local entertainers, speakers, and wellness providers for resident programming. Our online marketplace simplifies the discovery process and booking coordination.
We're looking for a motivated, outgoing self-starter who wants to gain hands-on experience in tech sales and help us bring SeniorSpace to more senior living communities.
This is a remote, commission-only role with flexible hours, focused primarily on outbound phone sales. You'll set your own schedule, but should be available to make calls during key outreach windows around 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM MT. We'll provide the training and tools you need to get started. The anticipated start date is January 2027.
We're looking for someone with hustle: you're not afraid to pick up the phone, you're comfortable talking to new people, and you're motivated by seeing your own effort turn into results.
What you'll do:
- Make outbound calls to senior living communities
- Introduce SeniorSpace and explain how the platform works.
- Follow up with interested prospects and guide them through the sign-up process.
- Manage your leads and sales pipeline
- Keep clear notes and stay on top of follow-ups.
- Work remotely and independently, with training and support from our team.
You'll be a good fit if you:
- Aren't afraid to pick up the phone and start a conversation.
- Have a strong work ethic and like seeing results from the effort you put in.
- Are comfortable hearing "no," handling objections, and keeping the conversation moving.
- Are organized and can stay on top of multiple conversations and follow-ups.
- Take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do next.
- Are coachable, reliable, and willing to learn.
- Want to gain experience in tech sales and startups.
Compensation:
- This is a commission-only position, paying $105 - $120 for each new paying community you sign up.
- There is no cap on commissions - the more communities you sign up, the more you can earn.
