JOB OVERVIEW:

The role of the account executive with Frost Specialty participates in the production of new and renewal business and to provide a high level of client service to new and existing clients.

 

LOCATION: Nashville, TN; Open to Remote 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

A detailed list of job duties includes (but is not limited to):

  • Follow new business and renewal processes, procedures and practices according to established company systems and guidelines.
  • Manage entertainment and new business development expenses prudently.
  • Apply all enabling technology to ensure efficient and effective delivery of service according to company policies, procedures and practices
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

  • Compliance with Company procedures, policies and expectations.
  • Thorough knowledge of and compliance with department and company best practices.
  • Compliance with internal departmental audit procedures, and effective response to audit results.
  • Successful performance of assigned duties.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Positive relationships with client contacts.
  • Informative and professional behavior when working with customers and co-workers.
  • Interpersonal relationships which encourage openness, candor and trust, both internally and outside of the Company.
  • Initiative and creative thinking in decision making and problem resolution situations when performing job duties.
  • Effective delegation to and training of employees.
  • Maintenance of Company information in a confidential manner.
  • Maintain appropriate licenses throughout employment

PERFORMANCE DELIVERABLES AND BENCHMARKS 

  • Account Retention at 90% or higher on renewable business
  • Book Growth – account penetration and willingness to handle additional new accounts
  • Aging – Current receivables must be 90% or higher
  • Expense Management – within 2% of your total book volume
  • Ability to maintain a high level of visual attention and mental concentration for significant periods of time.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where some standardization exists. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING: 

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret insurance data.
  • Ability to understand, interpret and implement procedures.
  • Ability to sit for an extended period.
  • Ability to manipulate necessary office equipment, computers and peripherals.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English.
  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • Current Producer's License.
  • Minimum of 5 year’s experience in this role or similar role

 

COMPENSATION:

The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
