Join Our Commercial Services Team

Are you organized, customer-focused, and passionate about supporting sales growth? We are seeking a motivated Commercial Services Admin to serve as a key connection between our sales teams, Account Managers, production teams, and customers.

In this role, you'll help drive business growth by identifying and managing new construction project opportunities, supporting CRM and project tracking activities, processing jobs for production teams, and building strong relationships with internal teams and customers. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities, and playing an important role in the sales process, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

Project & Sales Support

  • Identify and distribute quality new construction leads to Account Managers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Enter and maintain project information within the company's CRM system.
  • Support Account Managers with project tracking and opportunity management.
  • Follow up on active, warm, and cold leads to support the sales process.
  • Process and coordinate jobs for production teams, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
  • Utilize company systems and technology, including CRM software, Prophet 21, Microsoft Office, and email platforms.

Customer Service & Relationship Management

  • Provide professional service and support to customers, Account Managers, branch teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Account Managers and internal partners.
  • Assist with customer service initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
  • Communicate operational or customer service concerns to management as needed.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with Commercial Services, production teams, and sales teams to support growth objectives.

Participate in company meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
