Roles and Responsibilities

• Management of a team of people covering the full range of DAWs within the Commercial Finance family. This DAW also covers generalists responsible for driving commercial finance operating rhythms by providing centralized finance reporting capabilities, commercial productivity metrics, commercial forecasting, and contribute to the overall business growth. Lead commercial financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis while supporting regional sales / commercial teams.
• Lead and simplify ITO processes, ensuring robust underwriting standards and efficient risk/return frameworks for all commercial actions. Define and execute a rigorous operating rhythm (including MOR, Hoshin, and Bowler processes). Oversee budgeting, operating plans, and the creation of KPIs and leading indicators to track performance.
• Developing expertise within function. Growing reputation within the organization. Includes roles that are experts in their discipline, providing professional or thought leadership. Influences policy and ensures delivery within own function, linking with other functions of the organization.
• May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Presents business solutions to leaders in functional area. Communicates complex messages and negotiates mainly internally with others to adopt a different point of view. Influences peers to take action and may negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers.
• Has major influence on small business unit, a segment within a larger business unit, a family within a Function or a P&L business segment and has ownership/influence over budgets. The role is guided by functional policy. The role influences policy/operating guidelines about important subjects.
• Leads others to find creative solutions to address complex problems that may impact the organization. Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.

Required Qualifications

• This role requires significant experience in the Finance & Commercial Finance Management space of at least 6 to 10 years of experience. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university

• Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

Additional Information

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $147,400.00 and $245,600.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
