Position Summary
Reporting into the MD Europe and sitting within the Light & Wonder (LNW) Commercial Team, the Commercial Account Manager will lead account management for LNW’s European business. These activities include driving and identifying revenue growth opportunities, setting and executing joint objectives, strategies, and action plans to meet and exceed short- and long-term operator and company profitability goals.
Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities
Manage multiple B2B customers in a professional and organized manner with regular customers review meetings, backlogs of customers requirements, up-to-date customers documentation etc.
Build and manage close relationships with the allocated B2B customers. The allocated customers will primarily be tier 2 and 3 customers of LNW. The locations of the allocated customers will be across various EU countries, often with multiple licenses.
Ensure customers are optimizing LNW’s full offering, regularly upsell all of LNW’s product sets.
Deliver customers revenues in line with company targets.
Establish trust and relationships with key customers, both influencers and decision makers.
Work with customers to compile data and insights to access LNW product performance compared to competitors
Liaise with the LNW Product and Development Teams as well as other internal departments to effectively respond to customers’ inquiries and concerns. Communicate valuable feedback from customers back into the business to ensure that we can continue to improve our products and services
In depth product knowledge to be developed over time on our core product offering.
Represent LNW and the Commercial Team within the wider Online iGaming industry with confidence, know-how, and professionalism at all times.
Travel to key tradeshows and to visit customers as needed
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience
Required experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as an account/commercial manager across any relevant online (digital) industry and sector, however other roles within iGaming demonstrating strong communication skills will be considered as well
Experience within online gaming and a passion for the industry
Exposure to the B2C operator side of the iGaming business preferred
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and possess strong organizational and time management skills
Proven competence in negotiating is an asset
Tech savvy, customer service oriented, professional, resourceful, patient and tactful in handling customer inquiries and negotiations
Enthusiasm, leadership, and a strong work ethic necessary to succeed in a dynamic, fast-moving, and results-oriented environment
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience drafting proposals and presenting to customers is ideal
Additional languages can be a plus
