The Role

Own the strategy and delivery of core platform capabilities that power seamless, secure player experiences across our gaming ecosystem.

What you will be doing

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the product backlog, manage sprint planning, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on key milestones
Platform Optimization: Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities to improve speed, stability, and user experience across registration, payments, and account services
UX Partnership: Collaborate with designers to create intuitive platform experiences and improve usability across web and mobile touchpoints
Cross-functional Leadership: Lead delivery coordination across engineering, design, and operations teams, ensuring alignment and accountability for platform initiatives
Business Translation: Convert complex business needs into technical solutions through stakeholder engagement and technical requirements definition
Rapid Integration: Quickly onboard into existing systems and processes to maintain delivery momentum from day one

What we are looking for

3+ years in product management with digital platforms (payments, fraud prevention, account management, or gaming focus)
Cross-functional leadership experience managing engineering, design, and operations teams in product delivery
UX/Design collaboration skills with demonstrated experience in user experience optimization and design partnership
Technical solution mapping - ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and system integrations
Proven track record managing end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch
Agile expertise including sprint planning, backlog management, and user story creation
Tool proficiency with product management platforms (JIRA, Confluence) and analytics tools
Immediate availability to join with ability to rapidly integrate into fast-paced delivery environment

Platform Performance: Measurable improvements in registration conversion, payment success rates, and user journey completion
Feature Delivery: Consistent on-time delivery of high-quality platform features that meet business objectives
User Experience: Enhanced platform usability metrics and reduced friction across key user flows
Cross-team Alignment: Effective coordination between engineering, design, and business teams with clear communication and shared goals
Quick Integration: Successfully onboarding and contributing to delivery goals within first 30 days
