We are seeking confident, persuasive, and target-driven cold callers to join our team for a short-term outreach project. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential UAE-based clients over the phone, introduce our products/services, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.
⚠ Important: This role requires a clear accent to ensure familiarity and trust with our UAE audience.
This is a remote position open to international applicants, but you must be able to work during UAE business hours.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to UAE prospects from a provided list.
- Introduce and promote our products/services in a professional manner.
- Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
- Update the CRM system with call outcomes and maintain accurate records.
- Consistently meet daily/weekly targets for calls and lead generation.
- Follow scripts while adapting to real-time conversations.
- Handle objections confidently and keep calls engaging.
Requirements
Clear, natural English and Arabic accent – this is essential.
Prior cold calling, telesales, or telemarketing experience.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Confident, professional phone manner.
Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset for remote work.
Ability to work during Australian business hours .
Highly self-motivated and results-driven.
