Program Summary  

  • Duration: 11 weeks, June 2nd 2025 – August 15th 2025 

  • Site Visits 

  • Weekly IKE Sessions (Information Knowledge Exchange) with Senior Leadership 

  • Skills Workshops 

  • Weekly Coffee Chats and Coffee with the CEO 

  • Final projects and presentations 

  • Engagement Activities 

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

  • Provides leadership and direction within the club.

  • Collaborates with other Managers to drive Team Member engagement, develop talent by coaching, teaching, and developing Team Members, assess Team Member performance and provide actionable feedback.

  • Evaluates departmental performance using company reporting programs and provides recommendations to maximize sales, profits, and performance.

  • Evaluates and ensures operational processes are consistently followed in the highly controlled areas of receiving, asset control, human resources, and cash office.

  • Continually monitors customer service levels and ensures a positive service experience is delivered to all Members.

  • Establishes operational efficiencies and productivity standards within the department and reviews budgets, plans and P&L to identify profit opportunities.

  • Maintains an understanding of club policies and procedures across all areas of the club.

Qualifications

  • Able to work 100% in person at designated club.

  • Focused on post-grad career in retail management and operations.

  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to roll-up your sleeves and learn.

  • Able to work cross functionally with different leaders/team members across various departments to drive towards results.

  • Agile and eager to work with diverse stakeholders and tasks.

  • Strong business acumen with desire to work in an active, boots-on-the-ground environment where no day is the same.

  • People-focused, with positive leadership skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email) required.
