If you're looking to close high-ticket inbound deals all day, a full calendar of booked calls, no prospecting, no cold outreach - with uncapped commission selling a service that actually retains, this is the perfect role for you.

Stryker Digital is one of the fastest-growing home service marketing agencies in the world, scaling from $0 to a $15M/year run rate in under five years. We're looking to triple the business, and we're hiring a Closer to convert our inbound demand into new clients.

We're looking for a closer who has personally closed high-ticket offers over phone/Zoom in a one-call motion and knows their numbers cold. The right person has closed both warm audience-driven leads and cold paid traffic, and is comfortable selling to small business owners. This role reports directly to the Sales Director, with demand generated by the founder's organic audience and paid funnel.

Responsibilities
  • Run booked demos from our two inbound channels, organic and paid traffic, diagnosing the prospect, pitching, handling objections, and collecting payment on the same call.

  • Hit monthly targets for close rate, cash collected, and new MRR.

  • Own the pipeline from booked call to signed client: pre-call prep and qualification, daily follow-up on no-shows, reschedules, and open pipeline — nothing dies quietly.

  • Keep the CRM clean and current daily — notes, stages, and an accurate forecast.

  • Protect quality of sale: close right-fit home service owners and set accurate expectations, so the clients you sign stay.

  • Feed lead-quality and objection insights back to marketing to sharpen targeting and creative.

  • Review your own call recordings and participate in weekly tape review to keep sharpening the pitch.

Results
  • Monthly close rate, cash collected, and new MRR targets hit or exceeded.

  • Every lead touched: no-shows worked daily, open pipeline followed up, CRM clean.

  • The clients you close stick — stick rate holds alongside close rate.

  • A steady feedback loop of objection and lead-quality insights to marketing.

Requirements
  • 2+ years closing high-ticket offers ($2k+/mo retainers or $5k+ one-time) over phone/Zoom in a one- or two-call motion.

  • Closed inbound leads of mixed warmth — both warm audience/content leads and cold paid traffic.

  • Knows their numbers cold: close rate, show rate, average deal size, and cash collected per month.

  • Experience selling to small business owners; home services (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, remodeling) strongly preferred.

  • A structured, repeatable sales process with proven objection handling — collects payment on the call.

  • Working knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and websites.

  • Full-time and exclusive — no side offers, clients, or freelance closing.

Our Core Values

Competitive Greatness

We show up strongest when it matters most. We don't avoid hard things, we go straight at them. We do the hard stuff first: hard conversations, hard decisions, and uncomfortable work we've been putting off. We build confidence through action, not talk.

Sincere Candor

We believe feedback is a requirement to get better, not a personal attack. Candor is expected from day one, at every level, in every direction. We tell the truth, especially when it's uncomfortable.

Unimpeachable Character

We do the right thing when no one's watching. No shortcuts, no lies, no excuses. We take ownership, step in, and solve problems without finger-pointing.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
