The Clinical Supervisor oversees clinical services, ensures compliance with regulations, provides supervision, maintains clinical skills, and assists in crisis management.
Location: Worcester, MA - Main Street Outpatient Treatment Program
Schedule: Monday-Friday, early mornings may be required (5:30am) a few days per week
Pay rate: $42.78-$45.67/hour

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for:
- The oversight of clinical and case management services delivered at designated program(s) and ensuring that clinical services are being delivered in accordance with Spectrum’s clinical design, in accordance with evidence-based practices and in compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory bodies.
- Maintaining comprehensive current clinical skills, competencies, licensure and certification as required and all required mandatory trainings. Provides regular clinical supervision and facilitates weekly clinical team meetings and adheres to Spectrum’s clinical supervision policy.
- Strictly adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality policies when responding to inquiries for patient information or copies of information.
- Ensuring model fidelity of Spectrums Clinical Written Plan.
- Assisting with crisis management and other emergencies as needed and maintains adequate knowledge of the programs’ emergency preparedness plan and emergency procedures.
- Adhering to the clinical supervision and development policy and reviews records and signs treatment plans in accordance to licensure and accreditation standards.
- Reviewing and signing treatment plans.
- Demonstrating respect for supervisors, co-workers, patients and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Licensed Social Worker or Mental Health Counselor or closely related license in the fields of addiction or mental health required.
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in counseling preferred.
- Experience working with DPH licensing requirements, CARF standards, MBHP regulations or other related requirements preferred.
- Minimum of three years experience in a substance abuse, mental health, or other related behavioral health program required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
- Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies.
- Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with patients, families, staff and regulatory agencies.
