Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused, evidenced-based care to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person-centered and delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in community based settings. At Eliot, our Clinicians are inspired to make a difference and equipped to get it done.  


Eliot is seeking a Clinical Supervisor on our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) team. In this role you will facilitate assessments and individual treatment for clients, guide clinical care and provide staff supervision. The ideal candidate is a Master’s-level or licensed Clinician/Social Worker who is passionate about honing their clinical skills while growing as a leader within Eliot. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the intake process for newly referred individuals, including conducting assessments, completing crisis plans, and individual treatment plans.
  • Engage directly with clients to deliver person-centered care utilizing a strengths-based approach.
  • Provide clinical guidance, oversight, and side-by-side modeling to teammates and supervisees to enhance their delivery of client treatment interventions.
  • Provide field and office based supervision to case managers, direct care staff, and Residential Program Managers (if applicable). 
  • Facilitate recovery-based services that are focused on rehabilitation and individual preferences.
  • Participate in a back-up on call rotation. 

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in mental health counseling, rehabilitation, or social work.
  • Experience working with adults with mental illness. 
  • Vaid Massachusetts drivers license 
  • Possess a current clinical license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts preferred, (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LRC, LADCI, etc.) 

Flexible Schedules:

  • Full time, Monday- Friday, 8am-4pm
Annual Salary
$75,000$80,000 USD
