Provide front-desk and clerical support for the Community Behavioral Health Center: greet visitors, register and update patient records, assist with scheduling and reminders, collect copays, and support clinicians with documentation and EMR tasks.

Lead and manage a trauma-informed residential social services program for children 0–12. Oversee operations, staff supervision, regulatory compliance (DCF/DEEC), treatment and crisis planning, community partnerships, scheduling, documentation (EMR/MAP), and on-call/crisis response.

Provide clinical supervision and oversight for a jail diversion program, co-respond to police crisis calls, perform intakes and crisis planning, deliver evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, integrated dual diagnosis), support staff training and on-call crisis backup, manage case collaboration and data reporting with police and community partners.

Provide intensive community-based case management for adults with severe, persistent mental illness: outreach, side-by-side interventions, person-centered treatment planning, skills training, community integration support, and participate in on-call rotation for evenings and weekends.

Provide peer counseling and recovery-focused support to adults with severe mental illness, using lived experience to empower self-advocacy, develop recovery plans, advocate during transitions, collaborate with the PACT team, and ensure culturally competent, person-centered services.

Provide urgent behavioral health care via diagnostic evaluations, crisis planning, stabilization interventions, and short-term treatment for individuals and families. Deliver flexible, community-based services (in-office, virtual, home, or community), assess safety and level of care, develop stabilization-focused treatment plans, and coordinate with hospital triage and multidisciplinary teams to support admissions, discharges, and continuity of care.

Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team delivering nursing and case management to unhoused adults with complex medical, psychiatric, and substance use needs. Provide harm-reduction counseling, medication management support, referrals, outreach (street, hospitals, correctional settings), agency collaboration, and strategic input to stabilize clients into permanent housing.

Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy for children and families in a Community Behavioral Health Center. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, participate in multidisciplinary teams, support care transitions, deliver services in office, virtually, or in the community, and engage clients in culturally competent, family-centered care.

Provide person-centered, recovery-focused support in an accredited Clubhouse program: facilitate therapeutic groups and workshops, assist vocational and independent-living goals, complete documentation, and support member transportation and community resource connections.

Provide nursing case management for 3–6 adults with severe mental illness: nursing interventions, medication management, health education, care coordination, outreach, transport, assessments, on-call and rotating evening/holiday coverage.

Oversee CBHC clinical staff delivering emergency stabilization, urgent care, and assessments. Ensure development and follow-up of stabilization and safety plans, supervise short-term evidence-based crisis treatments, provide clinical and administrative supervision (evaluations, corrective actions), and coordinate transitions to ongoing services.

Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy for adults experiencing first-episode psychosis within a Community Behavioral Health Center. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans with client involvement, participate in multidisciplinary teams, deliver therapy in-office, virtually, or in the community, and ensure client safety while connecting clients to community resources.

Provide crisis support and short-term stabilization for adults in psychiatric distress in a 24-hour Community Crisis Stabilization program. Deliver individualized interventions, crisis intervention, assessments, documentation, short-term case management, coordination of medical/psychiatric appointments, and warm handoffs to other providers. Assist clients with coping strategies and daily living skills.

Provide clinical supervision and direct, person-centered care for adults with severe mental illness. Lead intake and assessments, develop crisis and treatment plans, supervise case managers and direct care staff, model interventions, deliver recovery-focused services, and participate in on-call rotation.
