Teams at Eliot Community Human Services

Oversee CBHC clinical staff delivering emergency stabilization, urgent care, and assessments. Ensure development and follow-up of stabilization and safety plans, supervise short-term evidence-based crisis treatments, provide clinical and administrative supervision (evaluations, corrective actions), and coordinate transitions to ongoing services.

Provide intensive, community-based case management and side-by-side interventions for adults with severe, persistent mental illness. Conduct outreach, collaborate on person-centered treatment plans, support community integration and skill-building, and participate in on-call rotation for evenings and weekends.

Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy for adults experiencing first-episode psychosis within a Community Behavioral Health Center. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans with client involvement, participate in multidisciplinary teams, deliver therapy in-office, virtually, or in the community, and ensure client safety while connecting clients to community resources.
