Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical training and support during implementations, go-lives, and optimization engagements
- Partner with customers to improve workflows and drive best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience
- Maintain strong knowledge of monitoring solutions and clinical applications
- Demonstrate a customer-first mindset, accountability, and continuous improvement
Basic Qualifications
- Associate degree (or equivalent) with 2+ years of clinical experience
- Registered Nurse (RN)) with active registration with the applicable provincial regulatory body e.g ((NNPBC), (BCCNM) Canadian Association of Critical Care Nurses (CACCN))
- Experience delivering clinical education or training
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel extensively (60%+), including overnights
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Canada and the U.S.
- Compliance with GE HealthCare quality, vaccination, and Spirit & Letter requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with patient monitoring systems in acute care
- Experience with critical care patient monitoring
- Strong facilitation and organizational skills
- Bilingual English/French is an asset
- The ideal candidate will be located in the Vancouver Metro area and/or near a major international airport
