About the Position - Client Success Manager (Manufacturing Division):
demandDrive Manufacturing is a leading sales and demand generation firm seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to drive the success of industrial manufacturing clients. This role is critical to ensuring client satisfaction, maximizing program results, and supporting the growth of the company. You will serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients, guiding Business Development Specialists (BDS), implementing sales development programs, and ensuring that each client’s objectives are met or exceeded.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients, including knowledge transfer, campaign creation, playbook development, CRM setup, list sourcing, and the scheduling and calendaring of client meetings.
  • Manage and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Oversee and coach Business Development Specialist teams to ensure preparedness, performance, and alignment of client goals.
  • Monitor team productivity using reporting tools; provide feedback and performance guidance.
  • Review weekly and quarterly reports, providing real-time updates to clients and management.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and management teams to resolve client issues or optimize programs.
  • Adjust lead strategies, coverage, and CRM records to maintain program effectiveness.
  • Attend client review meetings to ensure objectives, targets, and expectations are consistently met.
  • Apply strategic thinking to anticipate client needs, resolve challenges, and deliver solutions to drive results.
 

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience:
    • Managing multiple client accounts in industrial manufacturing with a focus on customer service.
    • Direct management/coaching of sales/business development teams in the industrial manufacturing sector.
    • Experience in strategic enterprise sales.
  • Proven experience in sales/business development management, particularly within the industrial manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and manage sales/business development teams to achieve high performance.
  • Strong attention to detail, capable of driving client success at all levels
  • Strategic solutions-based thinking with the ability to make sound judgment calls.
  • Superior organizational, time management, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to anticipate and address client needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.
  • Experience in inside sales or account management in the technology space is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRM platforms.
 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary + bonus ($75,000 - $95,000 annual salary range + 20% in potential added annual bonus).
