KODE Labs is seeking a Client Success Engineer, to ensure that end users of the KODE OS platform successfully adopt and integrate the technology into their operations, driving measurable improvements in efficiency and performance. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to maximize the platform’s value.


Beyond training, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that client feedback is captured, technical issues are addressed, and best practices are continuously refined to enhance user experience. As the key escalation point for engineering-related challenges, you will work closely with the Mission Control and deployment teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and preemptively mitigate issues that could impact client success.


Ultimately, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless client experiences, fostering strong relationships, and driving the successful adoption of KODE OS solutions.



WHAT YOU WILL DO: 


  • Deliver standard and custom created client training programs to end users that allows them to effectively use the KODE OS platform for their intended operations

    • Gathering client feedback and making fixes / enhancements to ensure the platform is adjusted to support their unique needs adequately and objectives 

  • Provide close-out packages that confirm successful training and detail how KODE OS has enhanced client operations.

  • Conduct standard and needs-based check-ins with end users at set time intervals for up to 12 Mos to ensure continued success with the platform 

  • Act as the primary escalation point for support tickets, resolving issues directly or coordinating with Mission Control.

  • Document common client challenges in order to collaborate with the deployment team to improve implementation standards and user experience.



Requirements

  • Experience in facilities management, smart building deployments, or system integration.

  • Strong background in client-facing roles, such as sales engineering, technical account management, or strategic project management.

  • Direct experience in client success or technical support, preferably within a SaaS or PropTech environment. 

  • Proven ability to assess and measure quantitative performance benchmarks and ROI for infrastructure and energy optimizations 

  • Exposure to delivering standard or customized training sessions and creating related materials (reports, close-out packages).

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build client trust, maintain relationships, and ensure client success.

  • Skilled at managing multiple clients, tasks, and ensuring timely follow-ups and issue resolution.

  • Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
