Guide clients through onboarding, training, adoption, and ongoing use of the KODE OS platform. Deliver customized training and close-out packages, conduct follow-ups, measure operational improvements and ROI, gather feedback, resolve support issues, and coordinate with engineering, Mission Control, and deployment teams to improve implementation standards and client outcomes.

Integrates building devices and systems into KODE OS by assessing network infrastructure, configuring Niagara devices and stations, managing VPN and reverse proxy connections, enabling APIs, troubleshooting connectivity issues, supporting testing and UAT, and coordinating with clients, vendors, engineers, and project managers. The role also maintains discrepancy reports, reviews vendor quotes, documents lessons learned, and supports smooth project delivery.
