KKR sponsors investment funds that invest in private equity, credit and real assets and has strategic partners that manage hedge funds. The Global Treasury team is within the Global Markets Operations group at KKR and supports all treasury and cash management operations. As the team shifts their focus to continuous improvement, they are seeking a high performing individual who excels when operating in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

This role will play a critical leadership role in shaping and scaling the joint operating model between Global Treasury and KKR Client Services across all asset classes, including credit, private equity, and co-investments. You will serve as the point of contact for high-value investor treasury matters, lead complex issue resolutions, and oversee global processes to ensure seamless client servicing and operational excellence. This role demands a strategic mindset, hands-on leadership, and the ability to partner with senior stakeholders across the firm to build a best-in-class treasury servicing function that is robust, scalable, and technology-enabled.

  • Act as a senior liaison to investors and internal stakeholders on investor related treasury matters, ensuring proactive communication and high-touch client service.

  • Lead the development and execution of a global client servicing model for treasury operations.
  • Drive strategic initiatives that improve investor experience and operational efficiency across multiple asset classes.

Operational Oversight

  • Oversee end-to-end client treasury servicing, including capital calls, distributions, wire instruction management, and cash settlement processes.
  • Establish governance frameworks and escalation protocols with third-party fund administrators and banking partners.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen risk management, SOX compliance, and audit readiness across treasury client operations.
  • Partner with senior leadership across Client Services, Treasury, Legal, and Finance to design and implement policies, controls, and best practices.

Process & Technology Transformation

  • Champion the implementation of treasury management systems, inquiry management tools, and automated reconciliations.
  • Drive global process realignment initiatives that enhance scalability, transparency, and control.
  • Define and standardize workflows that reduce reliance on email-driven communications and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record from an accredited college or university; advanced degree a plus
  • 4-6 Years of relevant experience, preferably working in treasury management, client servicing, financial operations, or related fields within alternative asset management or financial services.
  • Demonstrated success in leading client-facing treasury or operations teams with a global scope.
  • Deep understanding of capital flows, cash management, and investor servicing in private equity, credit, and co-investment structures.
  • Proven track record of driving process transformation, system implementations, and risk management initiatives.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong leadership presence, professionalism, and integrity, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Resilient, collaborative, and solutions-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
