Summary:

The successful candidate will support client relationships and administration of 409A retirement plans. 

Job Description:

The position is responsible for a variety of tasks and deliverables, including day to day plan administration, excellent service to our clients, and issue resolution using the recordkeeping system and other Voya applications.  The position requires business knowledge, experience in retirement plan administration, strong client management skills, and problem solving ability.

Education & Experience:

-College degree or equivalent work experience

-2 + years in financial services

-Strong Microsoft Excel skills

-Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills

-Independent self starter who thinks proactively

-Relius system knowledge is preferred but not required

Additional Responsibilities and Preferences:

- Serve as the key contact for clients and provide white glove service.
- Step into Plan Manager role when needed/or Plan Manager is unavailable.
- Handle a large number of plans in the Large Market segment with operational and client-focused responsibilities.
- Comfortably engage with decision makers and demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Perform manual reporting, field questions, and collaborate with internal operations and quality control teams.
- Preferred experience with 409A plans; familiarity with 457 plans is a plus.

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

$60,450 - $100,760 USD
