Description

AgencyBloc is a leading provider of agency management solutions built specifically for life and health insurance agencies. Our platform helps agencies streamline operations, strengthen client relationships, and drive growth through powerful CRM, commission processing, and marketing automation tools. We value innovation, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact in the industries we serve and we take pride in fostering a culture that genuinely cares about our customers, our work, and each other.

Requirements

Summary:

The Client Experience Consultant, Client Enablement is a hands-on deliverer of the education and enablement experiences that help the whole client base adopt and get value from AgencyBloc. This role designs and runs live and scaled client-facing enablement — training, education programs, and the sessions where clients learn to get value from the product — and owns the ongoing quality and effectiveness of those experiences as the product and the business evolve. It's a delivery- and facilitation-focused role that spans different kinds of client enablement rather than concentrating on any single repeated task.

Responsibilities:

  • Designs and delivers client-facing enablement: live trainings, education programs, webinars, and other facilitated experiences.
  • Owns the ongoing quality and effectiveness of the enablement they deliver — continuously assessing whether sessions and programs still meet client needs, and reworking them as the product changes. This stewardship shows up as curriculum assessment, program upkeep, and improving how clients are enabled.
  • Delivers live client training and supports the Release & Enablement Program Manager on internal training delivery as needed.
  • Collaborates with other functional areas where effective enablement requires it — for example, Professional Services on onboarding or Client Success on adoption moments.
  • Uses AI tooling to help prepare, personalize, and scale enablement efficiently, staying meaningfully involved in shaping it, and in alignment with the AI Center of Excellence run by the VP of Data & Business Operations.
  • Provides feedback from live sessions and client interactions back into content, Academy, and program design.
  • Partners with the Client Experience Consultant, Knowledge & Content on the materials that support live sessions.
  • Other duties as assigned by your manager.

Skills/Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience in client education, training/facilitation, customer enablement, customer marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong live facilitation and presentation skills, comfortable leading client-facing sessions and adapting in real time.
  • Takes ownership of enablement quality over time — strong instincts for whether a session or program is actually landing and driving adoption, and the discipline to keep improving it.
  • Able to take rough direction and run with it — turning a high-level ask into strong, finished enablement without needing every detail spelled out.
  • Values variety — this role deliberately spans multiple kinds of client enablement rather than a single repeated task.
  • Comfortable using AI tooling to prepare and scale enablement, while maintaining quality and judgment.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
