Hi Marley is growing fast, and we're looking for a strategic, driven Senior Client Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven ability to close complex enterprise software deals, particularly within highly regulated industries like insurance and finance. You’ll manage full sales cycles, engage top-tier enterprise accounts, and showcase the unique value of Hi Marley’s solutions to C-level executives. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and play a key role in driving our growth.

Teamwork and shared enthusiasm is a core part of our culture, which is why this role involves joining us in the Boston office for two days each week.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to close
  • Consistently generate and develop new business opportunities
  • Strategically coordinate internal and external resources to drive deals forward
  • Maintain accurate and timely pipeline updates, account plans, and activity tracking
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Educate clients on the value of Hi Marley’s platform for both their teams and their customers
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to maximize value delivery and client adoption
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and evolving market conditions
  • Collaborate with peers to develop strategic account and prospecting approaches
  • Demonstrate deep industry knowledge and become a trusted advisor in the insurance space
  • Provide regular strategic insights to help grow and optimize the sales pipeline
  • Represent Hi Marley at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness
  • Keep detailed records of account and opportunity data in Salesforce (SFDC)

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience managing and closing enterprise software sales
  • Success in long, consultative sales cycles (6+ months)
  • Industry expertise or strong familiarity with insurance
  • A relationship-first approach with clients and internal teams
  • Outstanding communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Adaptability and resourcefulness in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Willingness to travel 40–50% of the time to build and sustain client relationships
