The Mandate The Principal operates a high-complexity, global ecosystem across a variety of domains. We require a "Swiss Army Knife" operator who delivers results with zero friction.

We are looking for an engine to execute the vision with absolute precision.

The Requirement: Universal Competence You are capable of dropping into any domain—legal structuring, talent acquisition, global logistics, or technical operations—and mastering it immediately.

• Raw Agency: You deconstruct novel problems and build the solution from scratch.

• Total Reliability: You identify bottlenecks before they occur and handle them autonomously.

• Standard of Excellence: You do not ship "good enough." You ship "correct."

• Proactivity: You don’t need someone to tell you what you need to be doing, you proactively figure it out. You often even tell the principal what is needed. You communicate clearly and frequently.

The Scope Your immediate priority is to stabilize and rebuild the talent function to bring top-tier operators into the ecosystem. Simultaneously, you will architect the day-to-day operations of the Family Office, ensuring the Principal’s time is leveraged for maximum impact.
